On Tuesday, Dec. 8 more than 25 craft beer enthusiasts converged upon Design2Brew in Dardenne Prairie with more than 60 bottles, cans, and growlers full of liquid friendship ready share.download

Shoutout to our friends Stephanie and Donnell at Design2Brew for welcoming us into their shop where they have everything you need to brew a batch of your own beer on premise or at home. Another big thanks to Bombay wines and spirits for donating some great organic craft ciders from J.K.’s Hard Cider. bombay_logo

A few of the standout beers from this past Tuesday’s share include Boulevard’s Rye-on-Rye 2015, J.K.’s Cuvëe WinteruptiSorryNotSorry_PressRelease_thumbon farmhouse hard cider, 2nd Shift’s Cat Spit Stout with Vanilla, Oskar Blue’s Death by Coconut, the Stone and Four Hands collaboration Sorry Not Sorry, Freak by Odell Brewing and James E. Pepper 1776, a 10.4% ABV American brown ale aged in a freshly emptied rye whiskey barrel.

We welcome all St. Charles County area beer enthusiasts to join us on the second Tuesday of every month for an epic bottle share experience. All you have to do is bring a bottle or two of beer you’d like to share, a good attitude and a love for beer.

You’ll find us next month at Cork and Rind in St. Charles off first Capitol Dr. From 7 to 10 2RCjQnBfp.m. Primarily a fine wine and cheese retailer the fairly new establishment has a small but eclectic cooler full of intriguing beers both local and international.

Remember to drink local, locally!
